When you take a look at where you are in your business, being honest with yourself,
you may or may not be where you want to be. Most people aren't even close and progress
is slow-going at best. For many, progress is completely elusive. If this sounds familiar, I'm speaking to YOU.
Why do you think this is happening? Is it because you're lazy or because of some other
personality flaw or some previous mistake you've made? Definitely NOT.
Let me ask you just one question…
Who are your friends?
And a few more…
Who are you hanging around with on a daily basis?
What type of attitudes about life do your friends have?
Do they talk about promise and their goals and great expectations for the future and
how confident they are that they're going places or complain like little babies
about their latest setbacks?
How much money and success do your circle of friends enjoy?
Share with me the answers to those questions, and I'll tell you how much money
you're making within a couple thousand.
If you think that undeveloped skills or some other lack of technical mastery
is the reason, you are flat out WRONG.
You will become what you surround yourself with. That simple.
It's all about your ENVIRONMENT.
Surround yourself with mediocrity and whiners and guess what you'll become?
On the other hand, surround yourself with forward thinkers, super doers, visionaries,
supportive and empowering people who celebrate YOU at every opportunity, and who
make a ton of money, yet treat you with the love and respect that you might treat
your children or a dear friend.
What effect can that have on your state of mind and confidence about where you're going?
